Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to change or cancel an online purchase, call the center directly to speak to a New Horizons representative. We are happy to make any changes or cancellations in accordance with our policy.
Application Classes
If your employee cannot attend a class for which they hold a reservation, please notify New Horizons at least five calendar days prior to the date of the class. A $50 cancellation fee may be assessed per class if they fail to give at least five calendar days advance notification. The $50 fee must be paid before they are allowed to attend any other classes.
Technical Classes
If your employee cannot attend a class for which they hold a reservation, please notify New Horizons at least ten calendar days prior to the date of the class. A $200 cancellation fee may be assessed per class if they fail to give at least ten calendar days advance notification. The $200 fee must be paid before they are allowed to attend any other classes.
Dedicated And Client Site Classes
If your company cannot keep its scheduled class appointments, please notify your Account Executive at New Horizons via fax or e-mail. Once this request has been approved any changes including cancellations should be made eleven (11) or more business days prior to the scheduled training date. Clients are subject to a penalty of 50% of the sales price for changes that are made within six (6) to ten (10) business days of the scheduled training date. Clients are subject to a penalty of 100% of the sales price for changes that are made within five (5) or fewer business days of the scheduled training date. Penalty charges are not applicable to future purchases.
Club Membership
If you cannot attend a class for which you hold a reservation, please notify New Horizons at least five calendar days prior to the date of the class. Club Members will be assessed a $50 fee per class if cancellation is not received as outlined above. The $50 fee must be paid before taking any other class. If you cannot attend, please cancel as soon as possible. If an emergency arises inside of the five-day window, please call and cancel immediately to accommodate others on the waiting list.
Mentored Learning
If you or your employee cannot attend a session for which they hold a reservation, please notify New Horizons at least 24-48 hours prior to the start of the reserved session. A $50 cancellation fee will be assessed per session if they fail to give at least 24-48 hours advance notification. The $50 fee must be paid before they are allowed to attend any other sessions.
